Staff Bios
Basetwo Media was founded in April of 2005 by Jonathan Galbraith, Tom Marchand, and Jeff Pelletier. The three continue to manage the company as Executive Producers, creatively overseeing all of our projects.
Tom Marchand
Executive Producer, Production Department Manager
Tom has a strong background in cinematography, having served as a camera operator and director of photography for over 10 years in both corporate and broadcast production.
As manager of our production department, he is responsible for the coordination of all our freelance crew and equipment, and for managing our production studio. Tom also acts as key director of photography, in addition to producing, directing and project managing.
Jonathan Galbraith
Executive Producer, Post-Production Department Manager
Jonathan is knowledgeable in all aspect of post-production, and is responsible for overseeing all post-production work.
Having previously freelanced as an editor, Jonathan has over 11 years of exeperience in post-production. In addition to producing, directing and project managing, he schedules and maintains quality control for all editing work.
Jeff Pelletier
Executive Producer, Director of Sales & Marketing
Jeff has a well-rounded background in both Production and Post-Production, having worked previously as a freelance Camera Operator, Editor, and Producer.
With over 10 years of video production, editing and video shooting experience, he currently leads our business development efforts, in addition to producing, directing and project managing.

Dale Rechner
Producer, Production Manager
Dale joins our team with almost 30 years of experience in film, broadcast television, and corporate video production. He specializes in the coordination and technical direction of productions big and small, with a network of talent that spans the country.

Our strategic use of freelance crew allows us to scale for any size and number of productions. We maintain a large pool of professional freelancers, both locally and nationally, with a wide range of experience including film, broadcast television and documentaries, and corporate video production.
